Not published: loudness or true peak. Nothing is asserted where the platform is silent.
Verified against the live page. Google publishes no loudness, channel, or bit-depth requirement here, so none is asserted; the measurements panel still reports loudness. Bitrates vary by publisher: these are the mezzanine figures. VPAID/MRAID and FLV/WebM are unsupported on CTV.
Google publishes no loudness rule here at all
There is no target LKFS and no true peak limit in this spec. That is worth stating plainly, because a guide that fills the gap with −24 LKFS is inventing a requirement Google has not made. If your master has to satisfy a loudness number, it is coming from the publisher or the broadcaster, not from CM360.
The bitrate figures here are the mezzanine ones. Publishers vary, and VPAID, MRAID, FLV and WebM are not supported on CTV.
Where these numbers come from
Every value above was read off the platform's own published page or document and carries the date it was read. Nothing here is inferred, and where a platform publishes no rule this page says so rather than filling the gap.
